“Text On” has been researching  GSM controlled products for the past four years with a view to developing an innovative and ground-breaking product. The final  product “Text On”  officially launched at the SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland) Energy Show at the RDS  Dublin. The stand was very busy with many people enquiring  about the product. The live demonstration board showed people how versatile and user friendly a “Text On”heating controller can be.

The fact that you can just store your heating controller phone number as a contact in your phone  and just phone this  contact to turn on or off the heating demonstrates how user-friendly this product is.

For those who wanted to know can it be used to switch lights on / off ??” Yes it can”; it can control any electrical circuit remotely. And,” Yes” you can use a pay as you go SIM card (it can operate for as little as €5 per year !!!

Visitors to the show were very impressed with the simplicity of installing a controller  and the easy to use phone applications that allows you to  control your heating. The live demonstration board showed how simple  a Text On unit could be by allowing people to keep their existing time-clock , if they  had friends or relatives staying they could still use the time-clock

The event was held over two days the 10th and 11th of April and featured many innovative  products that will help improve the way we use energy. The show also featured a lot of solar powered technologies along with a wide variety of energy tracking systems.Technology is changing the way we use (or in most cases waste) energy .”Text On” is producing one of the many products that is going to help to achieve this.

We would like to thank the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland for providing the facilities for a fantastic show which allowed us to reach out to so many customers. We would also like the chance to thank anybody we were talking to at the Energy Show it self. We look forward to hearing from you  in the future.
